Hi My Husband, 3 children and I will have been living in Oz for a year at the end of this month on a 457 visa, sponsered directly by my husbands work. He has just been told that he will be made redundant at the end of may! We know that we then have only 28 days to lodge another visa application. Is there anyway that as we have now been here a year that there is any other option open to us than just a 457 visa? Any help or advice would be most appreciated.
