My uncle was sponsoring us on a 176 visa. The application was lodged in December 2007 and acknowledged 14th January 2008. No C/O yet.

Last week we found out that he has had to move back to the UK for family reasons and may not be returning to Oz.

Does anyone know how this will affect my application.
