Hi I will appreciate if some one can clear me the best way to get my PR in Australia.
firstly I will explain my background here.


I am Engineer in Industrial automation with 10 year of experience before arrived to Australia. On august 2007 I coming with 456 visa with some friend that want open a company in a remote area in QLD, this company develop technology for the sugar cane Industry. In January 2008, the company was created, and in march my visa 457 was granted, from this date I has been working for the company of my friends (Boss) the company got support for business from other important local company and government organization in this area, those company are very happy with our products and services also we got a few articles in local newspaper, and other technology agricultural magazines in Australia about our work , now we are working in new projects for the agriculture and we are expanding our products and service, to the local governments (council).
But the problem with the global crisis the company today no has any important contract signed we have money to survive up to may, for keep running the rest of the year really we don't know if the founding for the new project will be approved, probably we will get small contract for maintenance, but this not enough to survive the staff engineer the rest of the year. So at this stage try to find other company that want sponsor me, probaly wil be hard.


I Know the easy way to get the PR from 457 visa, is when I completed 2 year with the company that sponsor me, this will be possible for me on march this year, but I am worried with the future economic status of my company, Because i guess immigration for grant the PR from this visa probably ask detail for for the economic health of the company that want sponsor the visa for the PR, if we will get the big project where we had been working last months , for sure no problem, but if not???
Any one know exactly what ask immigration to the company that want willing the sponsor for the PR??
For my side I think no problem, but probably the company no.
Then I was s thinking other way to get the PR if by the skill independent visa , I was looking the point needed and it seem that i can get the score of 120.


if any one can suggest what to do in my case I appreciate that.
