We have been looking at new houses to buy once we settle in the geelong area of victoria. Does anyone have any advice on companies that sell newly built houses with deposit offers etc? (Our equivalent of Barrat and Wimpey homes)
Just wondered if anyone knows of any good ones and what the average deposit is on a property of $250/300,000 Thanks

Avergae deposit is 10% but can go as low as 5% depending on lender. Builders well shop around and see who builds what you like you'll find lots show homes and can easliy find out who has a good reputation or not! Worry bout buying land first in a good area the rest is easy apart from the year wait to have it built
