Hope someone can help me with my problem.

SO this is my condition, I already applied for 485 Skilled Graduate Visa before I received an outcome for my Skill Assessment with VETASSESS. I nominate Chemist as my occupation and I have a degree in Food Science. The result is NEGATIVE and according to VETASSESS I don't have the right qualification for chemist.

Now I'm thinking about lodging another skill assessment for Quality Assurance Manager.

My Question is:
Do I need to lodge another application for skilled Graduate Visa (485) if I change my nominated occupation???
