My husband and I have been living in USA for 6 years. We came in to this country with a tourist visa and apply to the family sponsor visa. We are currently out of legal status in this country since we still waiting for the answer from the immigration office. We would like to emigrate to australia since we do not want the clock to keep ticking without us doing something to access the advantage of our professions. My husband is 45 years old and he is a computer programmer with 20 years of experience programming in AS400. I just got my Master in Clinical Psychology degree here in USA. I heard from a agency that we would not have any chance to qualify for any visa to Australia because our status in USA. So, COULD YOU PLEASE GUIDE US AND TELL US IF THAT IS TRUE? DOES ANYONE CAN HELPS US TO QUALIFY TO A VISA SPONSOR OR ANY VISA THAT WILL HELP US TO EMIGRATE AND LIVE LEGALLY IN AUSTRALIA?
