Hi
Alan, is it possible to comment on the effect the revoking of all occupations on the MODL will have on over age applicants? My hubby has a 457 but turns 50 next week but his occupation has been on the MODL until recently. This would have enabled him to apply for a Regional Sponsored Visa. Is this option no longer open to him? If so, can you suggest any others that are? Jill |

I believe this is a question about whether the exceptional provisions on the basis of age and a MODL occupation will apply.
My understanding is that they will - but as this is an open discussion forum please don't hold me to it. Best regards.
