Hi. My partner i and me have been considering applying for a visa to Australia for some time. My brother has lived in Sydney for 10yrs and been a perm residency for around 3yrs. My sister has just been received her visa and looks set to move out later this year leaving just me and my family (fiance, child and unborn) and my parents. My Parents are now thinking of applying and are soon to start looking at the options etc. If they do decide to move...would they have to apply as under parent visa? and if which ever way they apply is successful, would i be best off applying for last remaining relative/child visa? and would we have to live in the same state as them as we pref Brisbane where my fiance has his sister?
All feedback much appreciated.

My immediate reaction is that the general skilled program is the only relatively risk free migration pathway available to you - which will necessitate you or your partner meeting the requirements of a general skilled visa.

Have a look at www.immi.gov.au at first instance.

Best regards.
