I would appreciate your answering my question:

In my 47SK, I specified that my spouse's English level id "limited". Recently I was asked for the medicals and was also asked for a proof of my wife's English level along with the forms.
In my reply I specified that instead of taking the IELTS exam, which we believe my wife would not be able to obtain the required mark, we intend to pay for my wife's English Education Charge (second installment of the migration application fee) when we are asked to pay.

Now we worry that she nonetheless may still have to sit for the IELTS exam. And the time limit to reply is almost over.

Would you please shed some light to my concern? I believe that provided we are ready to pay the EEC, she would not have to take the IELTS. Are we right?
Thank you for your reply.

Kemal.
