We are at the 2nd stage of the RSMS application process with my employer in Adelaide. Submitting the nomination documentation to Melbourne Excellence Centre next week. My question is whether there will be an application fee for the RSMS 119 even though I paid for the 885?

I applied for 885 in April 2010 - a priority 4 app (priority 5)and I believe because of the qualifying visa issue, I will have to do an RSMS 119 application and be offshore at the time of the grant of the visa.

So my question is because I paid for 885 about $2500, will my 119 be considered a fee-free application? Or will I have to suck in and pay the $2500 for 119...I believe wont need to pay for the 2nd installment as I have IELTS 8+..

I will greatly appreciate your clarification and experiences, did you go to New Zealand or so for a quick exit and entry? Did you have to inform DIAC that your 885 application is no longer relevant etc? Thanks...
