Looking at the ACT Skills list it includes primary teachers but with a note saying
"Current ACT employment". What does this mean? Does it mean that you have to be currently employed by the ACT to apply for sponsorship?
On the NT list published today, the opening paragraphs say.....
"International graduates who have not completed at least two years of study in the Northern Territory or are holders of Subclass 485 visas who completed their studies in another Australian state will be:
required to demonstrate that they have lived and worked in the Northern Territory in their skilled occupation or a closely related skilled occupation for no less than six months prior to applying for sponsorship; and
considered for sponsorship for the Skilled Regional Sponsored Subclass 487 or 475 visas unless they can demonstrate close ties to the Northern Territory."
Does this mean that they only want to employ people who have either studied or worked in the Territory?

Does it rain on the Reef?
