I've been working in Melbourne for almost 3 years now on a 457 visa.

I work in a pretty niche industry, and have almost 7 years of experience in my field, but unfortunately, no tertiary qualification of much value. My experience in the field was enough to secure a 457 for me, but I'd like to know whether I'd have trouble securing PR through the ENS. I have spoken to my sponsors and they told me it might be tricky, as I have no degree, but I can't see that this should make a difference if we are going the ENS route.

Am I missing something? I've been working here full time for 3 years, and this should be enough to ensure I don't have to do the skills assessment, if I understand correctly.
