If you can prove that you've been an official couple (defacto) for at least a full 12 months, you can apply for a spouse visa. Proof of a genuine relationship is VERY difficult and a baby doesn't count. Check out the spouse (defacto) visa requirements on the DIAC website. Partner Visa OptionBest of luck, Marilyn
