Hi all,

Applied for ENS subclass 121 visa in January 08, being sponsored by WA Dept. of Health (OH is a RMN) and our case officer emailed yesterday requesting further information regarding our visa application.

He mainly requested general information regarding our defacto relationship but he is also looking for evidence that she has current, valid registration with the Nurses and Midwives Board of WA. This is something that we were going to proceed with once the visa had been granted, is it normal for this to be required at this stage?

Can't find anything stating that registration must be held for visa to be granted and from what i've read, registration can take a few months to be processed.

I intend emailing him about this point, but if anyone has any information it would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Colin
