i have applied to 495 visa( Paper based) as a marketing specialist in may 2007 for SA.

is anybody inform me how much time would it take to finalize.

My case officer has requested me to sumitt organisation chart, company details on compny letter head dully signedby senior official other than job profile on 3rd June and I have submitted all on 30th of June and waiting for decision. As I have a over 12 yeras of experience and have worjkedfor about 8 companies so it was initially difficult to arange those but by GOD grace I could do so.


Kindly advice how much time would it take for finalization.

As I have sent an email to ASPC and their automated reponce was that my applicatin is being allocated to case officer on 13th of May 08 and on 3rd june CO has requested further employment evidences.

i have also applied for 495-sir visa in april/2007 as a chemist, as i inquired in june i didnt allocated co, but i think as i frontloaded medical and pcc so i think may b i dont know abt co...now you may b verified for your work experience ...

I have also front loaded my PCC and medical in Aug 2007. do you have any idea about, as I have provided all requested documents to my CO, so what is next.
would she verify with the company or she would grant a visa to me. As I suppose all documnets are on company letter head and recently dully signed by senior official of the company, so I think there is no ned to verify - I donot know. kindly advise.

My medical is going to be expired on 23rd of August 08, so I have asked my agent about fresh medical and he says yes, I should submitt fresh medical.
Shall I gone through fresh medical test or shall I wait for decision. As my file is open on 3rd June and I have about 1 month before medical expiration.
Or would it be good idea of submitting fresh medical without any requirement from my case officer?
