Does anyone know how to go about getting hold of a statutory declaration form for the UK? Is there a standard format and if so, how do I find out what it looks like?

If you do a search on the britishexpats site you will find a style - however if you come across the Oz style (I think this was found in the DIMIA site) then I think you would have to delete reference to the legislation - rest of the wording is fine - at end of day its basically

"I [ ] do solemnly and sincerely declare as follows:-


[put in information]

And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true

Like I said though do a search
