It is coming up to a year since I submitted my 475 state sponsored visa and all I have received is confirmation that the application has been received and a receipt for my payment.

Is it normal not to hear anything at all? And is worth contact the immigration department to find out what's happening?

I understand application times and priorities have changed but I thought someone would have said hello or something.

Thanks for any advice

K

In short, no, it is not unusual to hear nothing for a long time.

Send a Post Lodgement Enquiry if you would like some comfort you haven't been forgotten:
