Holiday while on a Visa

I migrated to Australia 2.5 years ago on a skilled visa as a permanent resident and have not left the country in that time. I have just booked a holiday to the US for 3 weeks and I thought it prudent to check that this is ok with the visa I have.

I can't quite remember the subclass but it was a skilled visa with sponsorship by a family member (not points based). I believe the Visa was phased out in mid 2007.

Thanks.

I've remembered the sub class - It's 139.

Thanks.

So long as the visa has not expired (check the visa label - it is valid for 5 years from the date of grant) all should be well.

Best regards.
