Hi,
I just relocated to Australia from the US and will be renting a Victorian House in St. Kilda.

Could anyone tell me if there is a website to shop for the lowest rates for Gas, Electricity or even Water hookups. I also need to hookup Cable (Preferred) or DSL.

For Gas, Electric, Water you have at most 1 to 3 choices, so a Yellow pages would be fine. For Internet you should go to http://www.whirlpool.net.au and they have a search engine. Most people typically spend 50-60/month for their DSL.
