Hello Rocco. If you cannot satisfy the balance of family test the Parent program is not an option. Long stay tourist visas may offer the best solution - or a subclass 405 Investor Retirement visa if you have sufficient net assets. Best regards. Hello Rocco Are you now saying that only your own children will count for the purpose of the Balance of Family Test? I think that this is what you are saying, nut please confirm. If I'm right and we are now discussing only your own childrem, you have said that you have two sons, one in Oz and the other in the UK. Do you have any other children or step-children besides the two sons that you have told us about, please? Cheers Gill
