Hi there
I have searched the australia website to try and uncover the correct code and form for the on shore independent permanent residence visa. Can someone tell me what this is? Is it the 886? How do I obtain a copy of this form apart from visiting their offices? sa pom |

If you hold a subclass 457 visa there is no onshore skilled independent visa pathway.
Subclass 887 is available for certain visaholders: http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled...illed-migration/887/ 457 visaholders would usually look at an Employer Nomination Scheme or Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme onshore visa strategy if their employer is happy to facilitate a permanent visa outcome.
