I left a very high Profile position in my home country for a position in a Australian Company, I was lured here under false pretenses and now after 9 months I am on the verge of losing my job… this seems to be the norm with the current CEO, he has someone in this position for 6-10 months then replaces them. The problem is that the original position i was offered is not what I got (the original position was approved by the migration department) when I arrived I was told to accept another position or return to my home country. I took this position but do not believe that it is right. What is my legal rights as a 457 Visa holder.
