i m in australia on 495 visa since 2008, i recently married, now i want to add my wife in this visa....so which visa or form should i use for this purpose ? and how much time will it take for this visa? is it possible that she come here on visitor visa and then i will apply for her spouse visa (495)

I would start by sending an email communication to the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre quoting your original file reference, and attaching a certified copy of your wife's passport ID page, plus your marriage certificate.

I anticipate she will also have to attend a medical examination and arrange police clearance certificate/s.

What did you finally do? I am in a similar situation now. We submited form 47sk to immigration and apply on basis that my husband already holds the visa UX 495.
The application was lodged on Jun 24th and I haven't received answer about frame time.

How long did it finally take?
