G'Day / Greetings / Hi! Noob alert, so please be gentle!!!!

I was referred to this wonderful website by a friend of mine who has just moved to Melbourne, and I am after some advice / guidance.

I got married in March of this year, am 30, and my Wife 27. We are 'planning' to have a child ASAP, and are then looking to move to Melbourne within the next 2 years.

I have done a quick test online, and we scored 100 points, altough this wasn't in depth. I know for Victoria you need 120 points for a Visa.

I am just after peoples comments / experiences / advice really.

I work in the Lighting Industry, and as far as I can tell, qualify, under the skilled assesment Visa for Sales (Industrial).

I have education up to HNC, and the best chance I feel of betting a Visa would be getting Sponsored.
