I'm october applicant offshore 175 visa. Left oz in April still waiting in Ireland. Can i go back to Oz on 457 visa?

If you have a sponsor - yes.
However, you would then have to leave Australia for your visa to be granted, and attend an overseas Australian Consulate or High Commission for the permanent residency visa to be evidenced in your passport prior to your return to Australia.
