I am a UK citizen and wish to emigrate to Australia with my wife and three children. I know the skilled immigration visa route will take me atleast a year.

Is there a quicker route to get a temporary visa. i.e. can I pay for one? or is there a quick temp visa?

Hey! I am also looking for this information.
I am hoping to travel to Australia (Sydney, Melbourne and Perth)in May and hopefully get some interviews lined up so I can get a job offer.

I really don't want to have to wait 18-20 months for a visa as I have just been made redundant and finish work in April!

Any people who have advice for on this would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
