Dear all,
my application as lodged to ASPC on august 2002 under General Skilled Independent Migration from INDIA.
I have a query about specific work experience requirement for Australia immigration .
here,I am informing the documents that I submitted to ASPC to gain 5 points for specific work experience.
I have total 7 years 6 months of experience,out of that companies that covering 2 years are existed,
remaing companies has closed their setup because of IT fluctuations,so I can't able to get refernce
from my previous employees i.e(from yyy,zzz coverd 3+1/2 years) companies,
only one previousemployer has in touch with me(General manger of ABC company..coverd 2years).
the employement coverd for existed companys is 2years.
please inform me if adelaide asks me to submit employement reference ,what are the documents that
I need to submit from known employer of closed company(i.e ABC company pl.see below I have stated the documents placed in this company )
and from existed companys(i.e present working comapny & xxx company)
existed companys:-
(Experience coverd in these companies are 2 Years)
1.present working company

1.Appointment Letter
(salary details has specified in this letter).
2.Experience certificate
(stating that presently I am working here).
3.Detailed Duty statements.
(6 months of experience when I applied to aspc).

2.XXX company
1.Appointment Letter
(salary details has specified in this letter).
2.Experience certificate
(stating that presently I have worked here).
(almost 1+1/2 years)

Closed Companies(Unable to trap):-
(Experience coverd in these companies are 3+1/2 Years)

3.YYY company
1.Appointment Letter
(salary details has specified in this letter).
2.Experience certificate
(stating that presently I have worked here).
3.Duty Statement
(worked 1+1/2.)

4.ZZZ company
1.Experience certificate
(stating that presently I have worked here).
(worked 2 years)

Closed Companies(I have a touch with Genaeral Manger of this company):-
(Experience coverd in this company are 2 Years)

5.ABC company
1.Experience certificate
(stating that presently I have worked here).
(worked 2 years)

These are the documents I have enclosed to gain points under Specific
work experience .
I was totally in confusion, how Should I handle this situation if
my case Officer requires Further references from the above closed
companies.
And also please suggest me, whether I should explain this complete
situation to ASPC(or)wait for case officers request for Employment
reference.my application as lodged to ASPC on august 2002.
I am so helpful if I could get sufficient information.please experts
help me in this situation.
