my hubbie now has a plumbing qualification (april 08) & has been working for the same company just shy of 1 year. can you tell me if i can apply for vetassess or the visa when his 12 mths work experience is up or do i have to wait until april 09 when he will have 12 months with the qualification.

i am wanting to go to melbourne under a skilled visa as this is what i believe i should be applying for.

any other advise or tips would be appreciated!!
