Hi all,

Does anyone have any idea of the processing times for ENS subclass 121 visas? Sent our part of the application in January of this year after the employers nomination was approved and still haven't heard anything. Haven't been requested to go for medicals but we had them done 2 weeks ago in an attempt to speed up the process.
Application was sent to Perth Business Centre, don't know if they are any slower than other centres.

Cheers,

Colin

Spoke to our case officer this morning and he told us that our application should be looked at this week, which is great news. As soon as I mentioned my partner's name, who is the main applicant, he recognised it straight away and mentioned that she was a nurse with a job to go to so it certainly looks as though things may happen soon.
Anyone else thinking of, or is in the process of applying for this type of visa, this should give you a rough idea of the timescales involved.

Cheers,

Colin

Hi Colin
The ENS and RSMS usually have a processing time of 3 to 6 months ( a few friends are going the onshore RSMS route)
Perth is a pretthy good centre for processing, I have had two 457's done through Perth, one offshore with use of an agent took 8 weeks and an onshore e457 took 27 days.
Meds can take 1 -2 weeks to clear through HSA.
I am sure you will get the visa within the next few weeks

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for your reply. Yeah, hopefully won't be too long now, the case officer gave the impression it would be soon anyway. The medicals have been received and signed for in Sydney today as well, so the timing looks as though it will all come together nicely.
Positive news in the next few weeks would be fantastic.
