I would think that the best thing would be to ask your university for a detailed course outline and get it stamped and signed, on university letter head with contact details for who signed it.... Whilst you're at it, ask for transcripts showing your marks etc..From what I've found out about the process, it just wouldn't be good enough to write it yourself, particularly when they receive so many fraudulent applications.
