Hi Folks,
My 175 application was approved in July 2009 and we (my wife, daughter & I) validated in October 2009. We currently have a full-time nanny (who lives with us in our home in India) to look after our daughter and are considering the possibility of taking her along with us to Aussie land. Are there any options available for this? The nanny is not related to us and although we treat her like family, she is technically not family as far as DIAC is concerned. Many thanks Alan, I presumed so after searching the DIAC website but just wanted to ask to be doubly sure. It's just that my daughter is very attached to her nanny and I was hoping that something could be worked out.
Would you or anyone else on the forum be able to give me an estimate on how much would I need to pay a nanny in Australia? Thanks once again! Bond |
