Another Queensland resources boom would be at risk if changes to Australian skilled migration rules failed to attract enough labour to the state's resource-rich areas, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland has warned.
Without enough skilled migrants the state would not reach its economic potential, chamber president David Goodwin told brisbanetimes.com.au this morning.
