Australia's top marginal tax rate could be reduced in an attempt to stop the national "brain drain".
Econtech data shows the Government could afford to bring down the 47c and 42c top tax brackets to a flat 39 cents. That could be coupled with a two-cent reduction in the main tax bracket of 30c.
