Last Update: Wednesday, December 27, 2006. 9:00am (AEDT) Migrants numbers reach new high in WA The number of migrants settling in Western Australia has reached its highest level in a decade. Figures released by the Federal Government shows more than 17,500 migrants came to WA, an increase of more than 1,300 over the previous year.
