We've had tax reform, microeconomic reform and industrial relations reform. It is now time for population reform. Recent projections indicate that Australia's population will reach 35 million by 2050. This means Melbourne would almost double to reach 7 million people, Sydney would become a city of 7 million and Brisbane would double to 4 million.
