dont know about second home would be nice to afford one, very nice part of the country but we are getting priced out

Summer of 76, Dartmouth and blackpool sands was the best place in the world.(11 yr old)
i dont think they have had 2 weeks of decent weather since then, winters dark and dingy, housing overpriced.
who says the weather does not make a difference.
