Hello,
My wife and are are seriously considering an application for a CPV 143 to live with out only child in Oz. I am 54 she is 66. She currently receives a pension plus Disability Living Allowance/Mobility. He condition is 'managed' by medication. I understand though that while her pension will be payable (minus the 'rises!) once IN Oz, her DVA will not be. Can anyone tell me is there is an equivalent benefit in Oz for someone already pensionable age? And when she might be come eligable? Thank you  |
