I all, is there any 1 who can help me, i've got a pension which i get monthly, it is a good pension and what i would like to know is would i be taxed on this if we moved to aus.

Are you in the UK, Troy? If so, and assuming you become a tax resident of Australia, you can expect the pension income to be wholly taxable in Australia (no tax to be deducted in the UK) under the terms of the UK-Australia Tax Treaty.

Also, there might be a deduction to be claimed (reducing the amount that is asessable to tax) if you have made personal pension contributions to the fund that is generating the income.
