Has anyone got any advice on what they are doing with their pension. I presently have a NHS pension and am noy sure whether to leave it here or transfer it?

I'm trying to work the same thing out for my husband. I moved from Adelaide to the UK five years ago and put my Aussie pension in a long term frozen fund. Now I'm going back and am not sure what to do with 5 years worth of local government UK pension (probably not much in there).

I'll be trying to find out as much as I can about this so if I find out anything, I'll let you know!

I'm in the same boat as you at the moment, undecided what to do with my N.H.S. pension. We have been informed that we really should seek advice from the an accountantant, there are plenty advertising in emigration newspapers. We had a long chat with one firm at the emigration show at Sandown, and will now contact them closer to our date for leaving the U.K.
