I know that this may be a long shot but I am wondering if any of you out there has managed to transfer a Jersey final salary scheme to an Australian Super.
My current scheme administrator is advising me that the States of Jersey Tax Comptroller will only allow a transfer to a recognised UK or Guernsey scheme. Would appreciate any thoughts as this is going to hurt with Australian tax unless I can shelterthe income. |
