Hi
We are retiring to Perth this year,We
pay tax on our pensions will we have
to pay again in australia.

Hi Dicky,

No, you don't have to pay two lots of tax. Australia and UK have a double taxation agreement so you will pay tax wherever it is more, I think. So, expect to be paying tax on your pension in oz as if it was just ordinary income there. Have a look at Alan Collett's fact sheets - www.collettandco.co.uk
