If you are declared bankrupt in the UK, then decide to migrate to Australia, does this effect you in Australia, eg gaining bank account, credit etc etc?

I'm quite sure more and more people will be asking this same question in the near future.

was told by tas govt official that this would not be a problem unless you were looking to go on the business visa i.e buying a business.
