we are hoping to be in qld by may 2008, wife doing hairdressing at tafe on a student visa, several questions any help would be great, i am hoping to go selfemployed handyman as that is what i do now,1. so what vans utes are best as a company car [ double cab ute ok ? ], 2. how long before we can get a morgage with about $150,000 deposit , also just dreaming , 3 if i get bussy as max hours i was allowed to work will be 20 hrs a week could i employ someone part time or would i have to turn work away or refer them to another firm , alot of things i just want to clarify before we get there , these few are a start , thanks in advance for any help
