Just had a strage idea,can you tell me if you think this would work.If john ,on 2 year temp spouse visa get a job whist in Australia while still in UK will he be able to claim LAFHA? As he will be a temp resident. Cheers Lorri | ||

Hmm - think it only applies to 457 visa holder and not temp spouse visas. | |||
