I am currently on a 457 visa and am enjoying LAFHA.
I planning to get married overseas with an Australian citizen and register the marriage here in Australia. Does my marriage have an impact on the LAFHA? I would say not, as I still intend (at this point in time that is) to return to my home country and live there with my wife. It is very hard to find a clear answer, so your reply is greatly appreciated! |

Cannot think of any reason why marriage would have any affect on LAFHA.
Indeed if you are living together now as a de facto couple then getting married will not effectively change your living arrangements. |
