Hi Alan,
wondering if you could give us some advice as to how we stand when we come to Australia in January.
I wrote a cd-rom which another company is going to take over the production and distribution. The plan is for me to receive a royalty payment per item sold by them. How do we stand with regards to tax etc. I have to close down the company in the UK before we leave.

Thanks for any advice

Dave

Dave,

I'm afraid I don't answer specific tax questions like this on a Forum, as I have to earn a living somehow! :-))

Please feel able to send me an email if you would like an indication of my fees and how we might help.

Best regards.
