Hmmm ... not sure what you mean by "best" ... maybe have a look at this website:
www.bankchoice.com.au I believe Citibank's Online Cash Management account is presently paying 5.5% (gross), and can be opened via their website: www.citibank.com.au I hasten to add that this isn't a recommendation of any one bank over another.
