We're moving to Oz later in the year and were originally planning to sell our house in the UK. Now we're we'd like to rent out place out instead.

The big question is will having a mortgage in the UK be a problem when it comes to getting a mortgage in OZ?

In my experience this isn't an issue (as a rule).
