I have a 163 temporary business visa (4 year) and intend to emigrate to Perth in September. Does the 6 month rule on pensions investments apply? At the emigrate show at Sandown this year I was told that I had to transfer within 6 months by one company and that I couldn't transfer as a temporary resident by another!
