Other forums that I use have "sticky" postings which address specific topics that constantly arise. These cannot be used by general members.
It seems to me that we have certain subjects such as LAFHA which could do with being explained in detail in one "sticky" and to which all inquiries could be directed.
If having read the sticky a member still has specific questions then we can address them individually.
It is clear that new members are not searching the forums for answers on topics as the same questions keep coming up.
The original posts on a thread posted on this forum can be made "sticky" - you can click on options and then feature topic.
Feel able to identify any threads which you would like me to look at with a view to making them a featured item.
